The space
This new villa is located in the very bohemian neighborhood of La Veleta. With its gorgeous garden, beautiful, and fantastically lit private pool, spacious terraces with pleasant outdoor dining, grill, and in the upper area, a stunning solarium with a beautifully lit Jacuzzi, which shares space with a delicious outdoor living room.
The living areas, both indoor and outdoor, will give you the feeling of being in the same space, fresh, harmonious, organic... Each of the three rooms open their windows wide and completely, bringing in the outdoors and connecting with nature. The pleasant room has a TV with a streaming service and an audio system for entertainment. The kitchen is perfect and fully equipped so you can cook culinary delicacies with the products offered by the local markets, very close to the house.
When you stay with us, you will have access to some of the most exclusive beach clubs. We will give you several alternatives, including pleasant visits to the beach clubs of the boutique hotels "My Way" and "Villa Las Estrellas" or the eclectic "Taboo", splendid places located on the most idyllic beaches in Tulum and where as our guest you will enjoy special benefits (upon reservation). Do you want to play golf? At Casa Akbal we have an agreement with one of the most beautiful golf courses in the area: the spectacular PGA Riviera Maya, in Tulum Country Club, by Bahia Principe.

In Casa Akbal you will find three bedrooms each one with its own bathroom. Two suites on the main level and the master suite on the second floor. This last bedroom features a stunning outdoor private shower and stunning balcony allowing you to enjoy Tulum's beautiful starry nights.
Whether in the garden facing the pool or in the solarium, two other wonderful outdoor showers are strategically placed.
To guarantee the quality of the stay, Casa Akbal has housekeeping staff who ensure that the villa is in great condition, daily from 9:00 to 5:00 pm.

Guest access
Upon arrival we will provide you with a set of keys and the combination of the smart lock on the main access of the house. We'll show you all the spaces and amenities the villa has to offer. You'll have full access to the entire property. The condominium we are in has a security guard, for your peace of mind.
Other things to note
Each suite features king-size beds and top-notch orthopedic mattresses. Likewise, each bedroom has its own shower and bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and a useful low-bed space that serves as a trunk. All suites feature double blinds: the first sunscreen, the second blackout. Convenient mosquito nets open or close completely contributing to the comfort of our guests. If not used, they remain invisible, retracted on the wall. The doors or windows of the bedrooms very aptly open in their entirety, integrating the rest of the spaces in an attractive way. Our master suite opens onto a balcony overlooking the solarium, garden, and pool, while the other two suites open directly onto the terrace, pool, and garden. It is very important to mention that, after each use, the property is subjected to rigorous cleaning and disinfection, the latter provided by one of the few companies certified by COFEPRIS for this purpose.
